Show 'n' Tell Pictures
22 May 2011

Lovely to see all of you who made it to the event last night :) I had a lot of fun and really enjoyed seeing your products, I hadn't realised a lot of them were quite so cool as they actually were! I hope you had fun and found it useful! I know some people were unable to make it due to other commitments, so photos from the night are below. These (and a few more) are also up on our Flickr group. Enjoy!

Snow takes to the stage while we wait for everyone to arrive:

Janey Lisa bravely went first to show us her horse and foal statues and paddock fencing:

Dione's popcorn wagon provided some much-needed munchies after she demoed her whisky-dispensing alcoholics' wagon!

Sun Seale showed us her horse avatar tack and accessories, skillfully modelled by Trini Brandi:

ValidusEquis Littleboots couldn't be with us, so I demonstrated his animations, halters and interactive hitching post and horse walker:

Warning: Horses should not be left unattended on a horse walker:

Treasure Hunt Results
20 May 2011

Thanks to everyone who took part, I hope you had fun!

Those of you who put the creator of the vendor rather than the owner gave me a really hard time ;D But I marked those correctly too (after I found them!). There were also a couple of clues that could have had multiple answers (I thought I checked!) - so I scored either as a correct answer.

There were 5 correct score sheets, but there can only be three winners. The dice has spoken, and the winners are:

Spring Market & Events
15 May 2011

The Spring Market is up and running! Come and take a look at the incredible products our merchants have this season. You'll find some brand new stores, as well as familiar faces, and you're sure to pick up some great bargains.

We have some events on during these next two weeks - here's what to look forwards to:

Grab a copy of the Merchants List from the yellow markers by the gates so you can find our merchants again or check out their main stores and online listings. If you take any photos and want to see them in the Picture Board, send a copy full perms (square pictures work best!) to Erin Talamasca.

If you're interested in selling your own stuff, there's still chance - just fill out the application form (available in the market signs and 'free space' markers) and send it back to me (Erin Talamasca).

Spring Creators' Market 15-31 May
4 May 2011
market

It's that time again! In the last two weeks of May we'll be holding the Spring Creators' Market. If you've been to one before, you'll know this is a brilliant opportunity to sell get your own horsey products rent-free, as well as a fab shopping experience :D

More than anything, we hold these markets to encourage new builders, scriptors, animators, artists and everything else to get their work into the marketplace and start selling, so if you're keen to get started, get involved! It's not nearly as complicated as it sounds!

Application forms (with info about the markets in general and the spaces available) can be grabbed from past group notices, or from the signs around Nectaris.

This promises to be lots of fun, so hope you'll take part!
